Dr. Navale has been a PG-approved teacher at Savitribai Phule Pune University since 2012.He has over 30 years of teaching experience in subjects including Human Resource Management, Principles and Practices of Management, Organizational Behaviour, Legal Aspects of Business, Labour Laws and Labour Welfare, Business Ethics, Compensation Management, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement. At the undergraduate level, he also teaches Company Law, Business Regulatory Framework, Marketing and Salesmanship, Business Administration, and Secretarial Practices. Dr. Mayanka Sharma is Professor and Research head at SBIIMS,Pune. She is a PhD Research Guide for two subjects Marketing and Finance at SPPU. She is highly qualified with PhD in Management, MBA, M.Sc, M,Phil, B.Sc. B.Ed and certificate course in S.P.S.S . She has more than 12 years of approved experience. She was a Member,BoS,Finance board at Savitribai Phule Pune University Pune. She is expert on the various selection committee panels constituted by the University. Under her guidance 2 students has successfully completed PhD and 6 research scholars are currently pursuing PhD under her guidance. In her academic career she had many publications in International and National repute of Journals.

Dr. D. Kumar is an associate professor having more than 12 years of teaching and research experience. His interest areas are Business Economics, Market Research, and other related fields of Financial Economics.

Dr. Yashwant Lembhe is a retired Air Warrior from the Indian Air Force, having served with distinction for 20 years. During his tenure, he worked in various administrative and technical capacities across higher formations of the Indian Air Force in Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, New Delhi, and Maharashtra.
He is a PG approved teacher at Savitribai Phule Pune University since 2009 and is a recognized Ph.D. guide in Marketing Management. He has over 16 years of teaching experience in subjects including Marketing Management, Business Research Methods, Digital Business, and Strategic Management. Additionally, he has extensive administrative experience liaising with university and government statutory bodies related to higher and technical education. He also serves as Chairman for Management Subjects at the University level.
He has over 21 research publications in high-impact, Scopus, ABDC, UGC CARE-indexed national and international journals. He has authored 10 books in the areas of Sales, & Advertisement, Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Management Information Systems, E-Supply Chain and Logistics, Contemporary Frameworks in Management, Indian Knowledge System and Cyber Laws. He has also presented numerous research papers at national and international seminars and conferences.

Prof. Israr Ahmed is having 1.5 years of industry experience into export import management and logistics Industry. He has worked with ICD Dighi Pune and Freight forwarding companies . He has 8 years of teaching experience and he is quited interetsted in sports and enthusiastically manage Sports & Extracurricular activities.

Prof. Varsha Saklecha is an accomplished academician with over 12 years of experience in the field of higher education. She holds an MBA with dual specialization in Finance and Marketing and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Marketing. Her academic expertise spans Accounting, Finance, and Marketing. In addition to her teaching and research responsibilities, Prof. Saklecha plays an active role in student engagement initiatives. Her dedication to academic excellence and holistic student development significantly contributes to the dynamic learning environment..

Prof. Neha Surve is a post graduate in Economics from Savitr Bai Phule Pune University and has been associate with SaiBalaji International Institute of Management Sciences since last 15 years as Assistant Professor. Apart from student’s relations, she has been handling a multiple number of activities like academic administration, examination and extending support to various compliance activities of the regulatory authorities.

Prof. Rohini Nikam boasts Nine years of dedicated experience as a full-time faculty member in the Management stream. In addition to this, she has garnered seven years of enriching experience as a visiting faculty, imparting knowledge at both the Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) levels. Her expertise primarily lies in Law and Human Resource Management, reflecting her deep-seated interest in these fields.
